Currently Netro system does not have a way to change the sequence of the zones. However, I think you can avoid watering zone 5 at certain time by creating a restriction. So basically you can tell the system to NOT watering a zone in a time frame. This can be done in settings->restrictions->add a restriction.

If you go to  settings then zones, then pick a zone you use from there hit smart zones and then hit mode, From here you can chose from  8 different watering options from frequent smaller amounts to heavy (extra). When you do this just go back one screen and it will show the average number of days in between and for how long it waters. You can even change it (frequency and amount) for each zone which is extremely helpful. Your question just happened to be what I just realized how to do this without using a custom schedule literally 15 minutes ago myself. Lol Hope this helps

The zone area is used for calculating water usage and it will not affect watering amount. Could you please let us know which zone only watered for 1 or 2 min? Could you please send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email?
