Is there a way that Netro can allow 30 second waterings? This would allow Netro to be compatible with some of the tower gardens that use soil and have internal irrigation systems. 

What is the ideal soil moisture for the following:

• Tomatoes;
• Soft herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill); and
• Hardy herbs (rosemary, sage, etc)?
