Changing WiFi Network post original installation

Hi- been using your sprinkler controller for several years and have recently added a new WiFi network. 


I'm following the instructions how to switch the Netro controller to a new WiFi network. After resetting the controller, it change my iphone WiFi network over to Netro-XXX (which tells me I have no internet access). 

When I return to the Netro app and click 'Next', it just keeps instructing me to connect to Netro-XXX first. 


The Netro controller continues to blink despite unplugging it so stuck in limbo now.

The really long short answer I found is to reconfigure using Android Netro app. The iOS app never seems to be able to re-add the Netro controller back in
