Sounds like the installer has zone 6 mis-connected to the master valve terminal. Take the cover off the controller (held only by magnets) and you will probably see a wire going to the 'M' connection instead of '6'. Push the orange button down to release the wire and then insert it into the proper opening for zone 6 while holding down the red button for it.
