I just had the same exact thing happen to me. I have two Pixies and one of the battery packs just won't work at all. The other battery pack works fine in either Pixie that I have. I emailed support@netrohome.com and hopefully I can get a replacement battery pack for the one that seems to be malfunctioning.

To note... I unplugged the batteries from each Pixie in the fall, for storage inside during the winter. And I charged each battery before trying to put them in the Pixies today. Both batteries seemed to charge and the green LED went on (on the battery pack) which I think indicates full charge.
