What should I do? Water is leaking out of my zone 5 only when they aren’t being used creating giant puddles in my yard. Any help?

Where to see Whisperer data collected in the Netro ?

When I put a fully charged battery in the timer, the white light comes on. I press the button to try to link with the WIFI router, nothing happens. I never see a white flashing light. If I press the button again a steady red light comes on. I have another Pixie and it links quickly with the router and works well so I know the WIFI router is working well but it never sees the water timer that is not working. 

How do I lengthen the duration from 60 minutes to longer

I would like to know what kind of sprinkler I have to set up in the app if I am using Rainbird R Van rotator 

irrigation programs don't stop. even if the timer stops, the water continues to flow out. even if active in manual mode, I can't stop the water flow.

Has anyone had only one zone not work properly? I've checked my voltages and everything seems to be normal but one of my 4 zones does not operate either with the schedule or manually running the zone. Any tips help cause i'm at a complete loss.

How do I setup the Netro to only check for rain and skip the rainy days ?  I don’t want it to enable smart watering and change my watering schedule but I would like it to detect and skip rainy days.  Thanks!

My Netro-12 is currently running 5 zones at the same time when it was mannually turned on to go each zone at a time, also, the back end of the zones (6-12) does not respond to the app commands and whenever the app said the zones were turned on, it was still the first five zones that were running.

How close does this pixie z1 faucet timer have to be to the hub because it’s approximately 21 ft from it…

WiFi connected

Hub light is solid green

And the timer is offline

Won’t stay connected

I just restarted my irrigation system after the winter.  I have tried to manually run a zone.  After watering for 5-10 mins the water turns off but the Netro timer still shows watering.

I am trying to determine whether the pump has turned off because the Netro "on" signal stopped or whether the thermal overload relay on the pump circuit caused it to shut off.  

Is there a way I can check which it may be?

What would be the reason.  Also I am unbale to pair my device.

I have three zones that are running at the same time with low water pressure to all three. This is a new problem. Any ideas on hat might be causing it? 

So far I've tried replacing one solenoid, that did not work. I switched the zones in the control box for one of the three zones but the same result when I activated the switched zone. 

I also tried disconnecting one of the zones, and when I triggered it it did not run. But when I triggered one of the zones I left connected, it did run with low water pressure

So far only 5 zones are active

First of all, I have been using my Sprite for one year, and the result is very positive. My lawn is better, and I have learnt about how watering should be done in my case. Congratulations to the Netro team. Let me add some questions below.

On 2023-06-13 Wency said "Netro sever side gets/ updates weather information every early morning at around 4 am.

If the weather forecast changes, Netro will update and recalculate the schedule." But could you expand what time zone is this 4 am?.

And a second question is: how often the system recalculates the watering scheduling after a programmed or manual watering? Will that go in the same refreshing as the weather info refreshing? also at 4 am?

Good morning. I am observing that when I manual-water using the web app, and the watering ends, the indicator (blue watering can) remains blue, indicating that the system is still watering. Only resets when the page is left or refreshed. I think that the refreshing should be done automatically, perhaps. The current situation makes the user think there is some hang up in the system, although it is not operationally significant.

I have tried to disable this zone in settings, but it will not disable.  If anyone knows a solutions please let me know.
