Hi

I have recently bought  a whisper to complement my Netro watering system. It was bought from Amazon, but showed  no signs of life after following the instructions. I have left in the garden presuming it was flat. After a few day the unit is still showing a red light suggesting the battery is still not charged . Is the unit faulty?

Whisperer shows different data on hourly vs daily humidity

My whisperer shows 99% humidity stuck in one zone in the hourly and dashboard views. The weekly daily monthly views all show progressively dropping humidity. Which one is correct and how do I possibly reset this ? Also do my watering schedules get affected by the hourly or the daily humidity ?  My other whisperer shows consistent data between hourly and other views.

Really liking the Netro Pixie, keen to pick up the whisperer. How do i get one in the UK. Shipping from the states is expensive?

Will the Pixie work with the Whisperer without needing a bridge?

Scheduled Runs not turning on but app shows they ran

My app is showing scheduled runs for morning and nights that I set up using a repeating program. At the time they are supposed to run they just saying loading the entire time. After they don’t run I can do a manual run through the app and it works fine. Any suggestions?

I jut set up your device (again; because it is spring here); but smart watering time look way to much. Why do I need to water my 100 Sqm grass 5 times 8min in a day?

Looking to purchase a couple of whisperer sensors, and can’t really justify the $60 price.  Any discount codes/discount for multiples available?  Any money back guarantee if not satisfied with the whisperer?  

Also,  how many people are using advanced smart water feature that allow the controller totally decide when to water.  I have set it up but cringe at the runtimes and days running in the calendar, and keep reverting back to my schedule.  Seems like it would be using a lot more water.

Adjusting watering amount to match restrictions

My region is currently asking that we only water once per week. I was under the impression that the smart controller made those adjustments automatically for me, but it is showing that I am scheduled to water 3x this week. Is the only way for me to change this to do it manually?

I had dc solonoids so Im redoing the whole system. 
I boyght bermad 24vac solonoids, they have 2 wires but both are red - how do I tell which one is connected to the common spark plug.

Whisper controlled zone down to 11%

Hi. 
I have a whisper connected to a zone that I have defined as new plant as it’s young vegetable plants. It says it will run every day for 9 minutes. 
However it’s not come on for the last week and when I checked today the moisture was down to 11%! 
Why hasn’t the zone been running? 
I can’t rely on your product if it doesn’t do the basics that keeps my plants alive.

Hi I’m and Aussie living in the US and although I am happy to use pounds and feet etc Fahrenheit is just a ridiculous pile of crap that is used nowhere else in the world. 
How can I get the temperature display in my Netro app to show in Celsius?

Run Off Adjustment?

Hi Netro, I have fruit trees in clays soils and I have the whisper sensor helping me monitor the water. I have two issues right now. One is the sensor does not seem to detach much change in the moisture content in the soil, even immediately after an hour of watering. The other issue is I am getting run off during each watering cycle but I cant figure out how to spread out the watering or reduce them without going to a manual setting. Can you help me? Thank you!

I’m a new user to the Netro App. 

Can anyone please tell me what the discover tab is for?

What does the “irrigation” section mean? I thought it tells me how much water has flowed through my smart hose. But the number doesn’t seem to match. It’s way higher than what the actual number should be.

Hello. I have restarted my netro 16 after winter. First it connected ok and after a power lose i stopped connecting to wifi. I have tried everything. The light is solid as if is connected. Plese help. Thank you
