How to stop watering all zones after rain?

We had 1/2” of rain this afternoon and the scheduled watering came on tonight. Is there an easy way to stop watering all zones for that day?

Strange Whisperer Acrtivity

Hi,


I have a whisperer that monitors zones 1, 2, and 3.  Zone 1 is the primary zone.  Because whisperer detected a moisture level that was too low it did an additional watering of 10 minutes.  The strange thing about it is that it only watered zone 1 for the additional 10 minutes.  Why didn't it water zone 2 and 3 when they have the exact same conditions and moisture levels.  I had to go in and do a manual run to even out zones 2 and 3 with zone 1.  


Also in the beta software when you try to switch from basic to advance watering or choose a different watering algorithm you get an error message.

Connect to a network

For some reason my controller goes offline every once in a while. It messed things up because it shows all of my zones are underwatered when I’m reality they have been watered. Is there a way to switch it from one with network to a different one that is closer. I can’t seem to find how to update the wireless network for the controller

Netro Pixie with Google Home

Hi, I've been trying to integrate Netro with Google Home. The Pixie is connected in my Netro app. After logging into through Netro through my Google Home app. The following message appears:

No devices were found in your Netro account.

What is the issue?

Hi, I’m moving and leaving our Netro system at our old house. I just need to know if it will continue to water when I cancel the internet service for that house?

I just find it alittle ridiculous to pay an internet bill for only the sprinkler system to run.

Connecting problem with android

Having trouble connecting when adding product.

I get to set 3 set up wifi

I connect to netro unit. I cannot switch back to netro app. When I restart app, it wants me to connect to home WiFi..

....

Never ending cycle. Thoughts??

New system won’t work

I am trying to manually torn on the sprinklers and it no longer works. I have used it once, right after I bought it and it has rained for two weeks and didn’t have to use it but now I do. 
What do I do.

I signed up to be a beta tester but have never received any information or a beta version of the app to test out. Anyone actually beta testing anything?  Maybe I just wasn’t chosen to participate.

Hello,

My Netro Sprite Is linked with the Google assistant and Google home app. I can see Netro in both apps but for some reason Google doesn’t accept any voice command or type commands. I tried many times resetting and reinstalling apps still doesn’t work,please help

Controller keeps going offline

I recreantly purchased the netro controller and several times it has gone offline with having to unplug and restart. This seems to only work for a day and then goes offline again. I have rebooted my rooter which is on the same floor as the netro. Any help would be great.

Smart zone predictions?

I am still trying to figure out the rain prediction algorithm. 

I had 1 set of zones schedule to eater at 5 am on the 17th.

This was overridden by the program anticipating rain at 3am on the 18th (according to forcast). Why does it look so far ahead? Does it take into account the current moisture reading? There is an 85° full sun day between these events.

System stuck on watering

The system is stuck many times on watering, without showing a line below that is being watered. And so i have to restart it from the plug...


Any ideas? Can i restart from the mobile instead of plug?

Sprinkler heads change directions

Just bought a home that has Netro however each time the sprinklers turn on they are pointing in different directions then we had them originally set. We end up watering cars and the street more than the lawn. Any suggestions?

Why such erratic scheduling when using smart watering?

Why does the Spark controller schedule watering zones so erratically?  I have 7 zones and if it decides that all 7 zones need to be watered on the same day, why wouldn’t it just water in order 1-7.  Instead it might water 1,2,4,7,3,5,6,7?.  Or it might water zone 1-2 on one day, 4,5,6,3 the next day, and then 7,7 the next day.  

Why does it want to water at least one or two zones per day for 4-5 days in a row instead 5-7 zones per day and turn on the system two days in a row?  

Seems like it would place uneccersary wear on valves and other system parts.

Manual runs not working and watering during rain

Hello, 


My Netro has been watering despite heavy rains. The home page shows the soil is 100% saturated. Also, when I try to manually run the system, none of the zones will come on. I’ve tried the reset button and I’ve tried unplugging the system but it still won’t work. 


Any ideas?

Connection issue

My phone will not connect to the Sprite, any suggestions?  It tells me to connect to Netro….., I select that in my WiFi options, but it does not connect.  
Comcast confirmed I have the correct WiFi service/equipment.

Change sensor zone?

I have a whisperer and a pixie configured in the same zone. My pixie is defective (the unit leaks water which wound up damaging the unit and battery and no longer works, replacement is in progress), so I want to delete it in preparation for my replacement. It says I need to remove the sensor first. Is there any way to just move the sensor (a Whisperer) to a different zone, or perhaps to just simply unlink the sensor from the Pixie, or do I actually have to delete the sensor from my account and then go through the process of re-adding it back to my wifi network and all that? The app makes it seem like I have to actually delete it then re-add it. Since my replacement unit won't be here for over a week I had desired to keep the sensor monitoring the soil in case I need to manually water it.
